Monarch Lake serves a critical function within the
community acting as a component in stormwater detention and as an
aesthetic, recreational, and ecological centerpiece for the Creekview
community.
The Homeowners' Association, along with a professional management team
work together to maintain water quality and a proper eco-environment in
and around Monarch Lake for the future health and enjoyment of our
lake.
Did You Know?
That as much as we enjoy our lake, we also play a role in adversely
impacting its quality?
When the chemicals we use on our lawns runoff into the lake, the
balance of nutrients is effected.
Consider This:
· Use “phosphorus-free” fertilizers on lawn
applications.
· Do not fertilize when heavy precipitation is forecasted
shortly after application.
· Homeowners living on the lake should not use fertilizers on
the buffer land between the lake and their
property.
Are you a “birder”? Have a great fish
tale to share?
Let us know what you've seen or how you've enjoyed the wonderful open
spaces in Creekview – send photos or a story and we just might
post it online! Email: website@creekviewnj.com
