The Creekview Community offers residents a unique natural setting within our suburban surroundings.

Our extensive open spaces and the centerpiece, Monarch Lake, are all owned and maintained by the Homeowners' Association for the enjoyment of the residents of the Creekview Community.

Did You Know?

  • Monarch Lake is a 24 acre body of water.
  • The Maximum depth of the lake is 20ft with an average depth of 8ft
  • The Bald Eagle to the right frequently feeds on the lands around our lake

Monarch Lake serves a critical function within the community acting as a component in stormwater detention and as an aesthetic, recreational, and ecological centerpiece for the Creekview community.

The Homeowners' Association, along with a professional management team work together to maintain water quality and a proper eco-environment in and around Monarch Lake for the future health and enjoyment of our lake.

Did You Know?

That as much as we enjoy our lake, we also play a role in adversely impacting its quality?
When the chemicals we use on our lawns runoff into the lake, the balance of nutrients is effected.

Consider This:
· Use “phosphorus-free” fertilizers on lawn applications.
· Do not fertilize when heavy precipitation is forecasted shortly after application.
· Homeowners living on the lake should not use fertilizers on the buffer land between the lake and their
  property.

Are you a “birder”? Have a great fish tale to share?
